1973 Established in Taipei ,Taiwan, and began specializing in manufacturing precision Tungsten Carbide dies & tooling.
1981 Began producing engineering plastic injection moulding moulds.
1983 Moved to the present location in Taoyuan,Taiwan, and expanded production capacity.
1985 Acquired 8 more sets of Arburg plastic injection moulding machines from west Germany for mass production of Gasket for button cell battery.
1987 Acquired Japanese Sodick CNC EDM and Wire-cutting machines, and began manufacturing pressworking dies, punches, and toolings for NTN Bearing Company.
1988 Acquired 5 more sets of Engel (made in Australia) plastic injection moulding machines for mass production of Gasket for rechargeable battery.
1993 Began supplying metal parts and plastic seal parts of Zinc-Carbon battery for a factory in China co-owned by Toshiba & GP Battery.
1996 Certified with ISO 9002.
1997 Production quantity of AA size Zinc-Carbon battery parts exceeded 50,000 K sets per month.
1999 Increased plastic injection moulding machine to 25 sets. These machines were made either in West Germany or Austria.
2000 The production of stamping metal parts and plastic seal of Zinc-Carbon battery were moved to mainland China.
2001 Started producing metal Cap for Crystal Oscillator Units. Increased one set of Japan made transfer press machine and began manufacturing Prismatic CAN for rechargeable battery.
2002 Obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification.
2003 Succeeded in research, development and innovation of CAM Transfer Press Machine. |
