A) Forged Steel Grinding Balls :

Ball diameter from 20-100 mm which produced by roll forging and from 100-150mm which produced by hammer forging .

Surface hardness : 56-64 HRC
Average hardness : 56-62 HRC

B) Cast Iron Grinding Balls :

B-1) Chromium white cast iron grinding balls :

- Specification
The alloy white cast iron ball with 12-30%Cr fall into three major groups, which are diameter from 20 up to 150 mm.

Surface hardness : 56-60 HRC
Average hardness : 54-60 HRC

- Chemical Composition :
Group 1 12-14%Cr
Group2 15-17%Cr
Group3 25-31%Cr

B-2) A.D.I Gringing Balls :

- Specification
Ball diameter from 20 up to 150 mm.

- Hardness
Average hardness : 52-65 HRC
Surface hardness : 56-58 HRC

C Si Mn P&S
2.4-4% 2.8-4.2 1.5-3 Max 0.04

B-3) Low Alloy White Cast Iron Grinding Ball :

This type of grinding balls produced with the aim of minimizing milling cost with uniformity of hardness and homogeneity of microstructure.

Ball diameter from 20 up to 50 mm.

- Hardness:
Average hardness : 54-56 HRC
Surface hardness : 56-60 HRC
