Shining world® Photoluminescent pigment is a new-type environmentally friendly alkaline earth aluminate-silicate activated by the rare earth- pigment which compounded by high-temperature solid phase reaction. with the characters of non-toxic, innocuous, no radioactive. It can shed continual light with different colors after illuminating by natural light, lamplight or stray light.
Shining world® Product Features
1. No radiation. Harmless to both the human being and the ecology. It is a new type of environmentally friendly photoluminescent pigment with the characteristics of non-toxicity, non-radioactivity, non-flammability and non-explosibility.
2. High initial luminosity, long afterglow time. Test according to DIN67510 standard, its afterglow time can be 10,000 minutes.
3. Stability of physical and chemical properties. Its light-resistance, aging-resistance and chemical stability are all good (more than 20 years of life span. Photoluminescent pigment works perfectly between +260℃ and –50℃; and resists strong ultraviolet radiation, it does not discolour under 300-watt high mercury lamp for 1000 hours at 35℃--40℃, 80% humidity. almost all chemicals do not effect the pigment which functions normally under the worst environmental conditions except some acid.
4. Photoluminescent pigment emits light by absorption of various visible lights and can be repeatedly used.
5 Fine particals. Consists of fine chemicals as tiny as 10um diameter(400 mesh passed),so it can be blended well with ink, paint or plastic materials for ultifunctional applications.
