2. No special maintenance and great performance
The numerical control BLDC motor can directly drive the sewing machine.
There is no carbon brush in the motor, so the inner components neednt be changed.
3. Low rotate speed with high torque
Even in low rotary speed (200r/s), our motor can sew 600D jeans cloth over 10 layers.
4. Wide rotate speed setting
The rotate speed can be adjusted in 1600rpm~4200rpm, with each press of the button the speed changes 200rpm in turn within the range.
5. Small volume and light weight
Compared with clutch motors or DC motors of same power, this motor is a half less in its volume and its weight. The net weight is only 5kg.
6. Low noise and interference
The noise and libration is low even when the motor works in high speed, and the interference to other equipments is less than clutch motors or DC motors of same power.
7. Output power variable with load
For all kinds of industrial sewing machines within 400w, the output power of our motors can automatically adapt itself to the load of the machine.. |
