SiYi Electronic specialize in manufacturing single side, double side, multilayer boards (up to 24 layers). Our materials include FR4 (High TG 150°C- 280°C), CEM-1, CEM-3, Rogers, Halogen Free, Aluminum Base and Polyimide.
