The unique design of the MS-600 can automate the task of making shu-mai product from raw dough and pre-mixed stuffing. The dough is first fed into rollers to form the shu-mai pastry wrapper. After cutting the pastry wrapper into square pieces, the stuffing is deposited onto wrapper and then shu-mai pressed into its final form. The finished shu-mai product is then automaticlly transferred onto a conveyor belt.
The MS-600 can be adjusted for different pastry thickness. Molds can be changed to
accommodate different heights to shapes of shu-mai.
