-----fulll assembly cycle test: this test is set up to test the duration of the mechanism of the lock, and the tester imitates the real working condition of the intalled lock on the door, by this test, we can guarantee all of our lock can pass 200,000 cycle life to ensure our lock mechanism can work more than 10 years properly and smoothly.
-----salty spray test: this test is set up to test and measure the quality and duration of the surface coating, with this test, we can guarantee 3 years of rust free for our zinc alloy mortise lock, and 10 years rust free for our 304 knob sets both cylindrical knob set and tubular knob set.
------open & close( lock & unlock) torch test: this test is set up to measure precisely the open and close force when you open and lock the door, with this test, we can guarantee you can have a good hand feeling when you lock or unlock the door. And at this moment, our door locks cover the following series:
-----residential knob lock : we make both residential cylindrical and tubular knob sets, and our grade A knob sets (knob lock) are made of high quality 304 stainless steel ,200,000 cycle life is guaranteed and 10 years of rust free is also ensured . and now, our knob lock (knob set) is exported to more than 30 countries all over the world. And our knob lock(knob set) production capacity is more than 200,000 sets per month.
