Weifang Zhongyun Science and Research Co., Ltd.(short for ZhongyunTech) Is a sub-company of Zhongyun Group, which main business is to manufacture, sell, research and develop, PE/PP double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line.
Based on more than 40years'' experience in the area of manufacturing plastic pipe machines, in 2000, Zhongyun Group chose most of the top men to build up the sub-company of ZhongyunTech. Since 2000, ZhongyunTech covers 3 generation types of PE/PP double wall corrugated pipe product line. Now it only manufactures the Third Generation Type which is different from the First Generation Type of air-blowing cooling vertical corrugator and the Second Generation Type of normal pressure water open cooling horizontal corrugator, the Third Generation Type adopts the close circuit pressure water cooling system and triples the production speed. The Third Generation Type is configured with super high effective extruder, stainless steel sprayer tank, chipless cutter and electric auto-stacker. ZhongyunTech holds 22 critical patent technology about the Third Generation Type, which make our machines be far ahead of the others in the domestic area and even rank the top list in the world.
From 2009 late when the Third Generation Type line was brought out, to the end of 2010, ZhongyunTech sold 22 sets of the Third Generation Type lines.
