We are specializing in designing and manufacturing precision mold and parts especially for auto accessories, medical supplies and gear. Founded in 1998, the corporation holds 150 persons and high precision machine processing the molds.
There are 12 design engineers and 8 project engineers, and 5 persons have rich experience over 10 years in designing and 4 between 5 and 10 years. Four project engineers have solid experiences of tool design and fabrication. There are 4 sets of CNC machines including two high speed CNC, Sadick mirror EDM, low speed CNC,WEDM-LS manufacturing equipment. Measurement device includes CMM and 2.5D vision projector. |
