Development Plan
Main construction of a new factory is building, which provides another floor area of 5000 square meters for future expansion.
To install new equipment and production lines in order to increase another 10,000 square meters per month production capacity; the total capacity will then become 25,000 square meters per month.
Lead-Free process
Electrolytic Gold, ENIG, immersion tin, immersion silver, OSP & Lead Free HASL are already in production by 2009.
RoHS
Assigned material can achieve the requirement of RoHS, with periodical monitoring by recognized lab.
