For example, if for solar application, even the controller can control the DC CFL off when the battery's voltage rate will be reduced to 11.00V or 11.50V, but there is some distance from the controller to the DC CFL by wires connection, if the distance of the wires is become a little long and the diameter of wires are become smaller, the voltage reducing rate is high, it will waste energy on the wires, it is possible will be happened that the input voltage rate for the DC CFL is about 10V or 10.50V from the controller to the DC CFL, if the start voltage is above 11.00V, the controller can not protect the DC CFL due to the lamp can not be started completely and it will cause the power supply capacity from the battery to the DC CFL become shorter also, it will cause the lamp failure very easy. If the start voltage rate is 9.50V, it can protect the lamp working on normal condition and protect the battery by controller.

e) On/Off Times: 30000times, (the normal 12V DC CFL from other suppliers are only about 3000times to 5000times)
