Sucralose (Sucralose), molecular formula:C12H19Cl3O8, molecular weight: 397.64, chemical name: 4,1 `, 6`, - trichloro -4,1 `, 6`, - the three deoxy-galactosidase-based sugar,is a white powder-like product, easily soluble in water, ethanol and methanol and is the only functional sweetener that use sugar as raw materials.
Its sweetness is 600 times that of Sucrose, pure and sweet, sweet features is very similar to Sucrose's.There is no bitter after taste, but the unit cost of sweetness is cheaper than sucrose, what's more,it can save a lot of cost in storage transportation for enterprises.
