1. The electric and hydraulic system controls the synchronized movement of the two oil cylinders, thus ensures the high synchronized accuracy, bending accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
2. Adopts hydraulic automatic compensation system to avoid the effects on the workpiece due to the deformation of ram. The compensation is controlled by CNC system with high accuracy.
3. Multi-functional backgauge which can be expanded into 6 axes, i.e., X1, X2 axes for front-and-back, R1, R2 for up-and-down, Z1, Z2 for left-and-right..
4. The frame is assembled in one time after welding, it is processed by CNC pentahedron processing center, ensuring the rigidity and processing accuracy of the frame.
5. Integrated hydraulic controlling system decreases pipeline, thus avoids oil leakage and improves the stability of performance, also the appearance of the machine is beautified.
6.The punch can be segmented into different length and then meet the special processing requirement of different users.
7.The punch can be equipped with hydraulic auto-clamp or quick clamping to lighten the working intensity of labors and improve the work efficiency.
