Blue-Sky 1000W Wind Turbine includes Wind Generator(Turbine Head and yaw body),Silent Carbon Fiber Blades,Tail system and Coupler
Wind Generator (Turbine Head and Yaw body) is all Anodized Aluminum(other suppliers turbines materials are carbon steel),light weight and good heat dissipation,with stainless steel hardware inner,Double copper brushes and double Copper skip rings in Yaw Body guarantee the rotor and stator will never burn even in the high wind speed.The generator is assemblied as Permanently Sealed Unit. No lubrication or overhaul maintenance schedule is required during the life of the generator,All Bearings are NSK sealed bearings,no rain,sand ,dust and snow can rusty the bearings ,the generator shaft always rotate without difficulty,The Blue-Sky wind turbine is ideal for Marine and severe climate uses.
Blades are made of Aerospace grade, uni-directional carbon fiber (Smoother and far quieter than wood, plastic, injection molded or fiberglass reinforced blades, Unlike these blades that bend and flutter, ),shape designed by computer system,blade still move in low wind speed,light weight(0.8kg only each piece）,the blade surface is the same hard as steel, means no flutter, low noise, more energy,The blade will not break even in the strong wind.
When the wind is very strong,Blue-Sky wind turbine head(upper part) is able to change direction Automatically (the tail system will face the wind and blade does not face wind any more ) and blade escape from the strong wind to avoid the strong wind destroy the generator and blades.When the wind become weak,the tail system and Yaw body will make the turbine head and blades face the wind again and continue producing power.
