Product Detail

EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) film is a major material for manufacturing laminated glass. It works with Vacuum type laminating furnace, which request much lower investment than autoclave, and this system is much easier for operation. The finished products could behe supper transparent or colorful, which can be used for the area of safety protection, decoration, and other funcational purpose.

To compare with PVB or other way for maunufacting laminated glass, EVA has many advantages:
1.None absorb moisture, water absorption is lower than 1%, can be preserved in normal temperature and humidity
2.The cost is lower than PVB, can apply with low temperature and low pressure, Lower production cost and less investments
3.Not including plasticizer. High agglutinate performance to plastic, glass, metal sheet, paper erc.
4.Short production cycle
To utilize the EVA film, it is be able to insert cloths, paper, plastic film, PDLC film etc. bewteen normal glass sheets, so that can have beatiful decorative glass and funactional glass.
