1. Machine Description


This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic, chemical fertilizer and ceramic industries.


This machine can press the various kinds of granular materials or powder materials into tablets, such as round shape tablets, irregular shape tablets, double side engraved tablets and ring type tablets. This machine also can press single layer tablets, double layers tablets or triple layers tablets to meet the requirement of different customers. 


2. Some technical features 


1. Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP requirements.


2. Adopt transparent windows, tableting state can be observed clearly. The windows can be opened, cleaning ad maintenance is easy.


3) Machine design is reasonable. Operation, dismantling and maintenance is convenient.


4) PLC and touch screen control, all the running parameter can be set and shown.


5) The machine can stop automatic in case of over pressure.


6) all the drive device are located inside the machine so keep the machine clean.
